Shipping

Shipping is integrated into the webshop for customers in the EU, UK, and USA.

Above a purchase of €200,= shipping is free, to EU, UK and USA.

If you reside outside these regions and wish to make a purchase, please contact me directly. Shipping to other countries is possible, but rates and insurance must be arranged beforehand.

For customers in the EU, UK, and USA:

  • Shipping costs are shown at checkout, prior to final payment.

  • Rates vary depending on the destination and size of the order.

Taxes

All prices shown include VAT/BTW, even if not separately shown in the receipt.

Printed Products

Printed items are fulfilled through Printify. These are unique, print-on-demand products, and as such, returns are not possible unless the items are damaged. In the event of damage, compensation will be provided. Some (but not all) Printify orders include Track & Trace. Printify works with various shipping carriers. For more details, refer to the Printify Terms & Conditions.

Original Paintings

  • All original paintings purchased through this website include Track & Trace and are fully insured against damage or loss.

  • See “Handling Art“for instructions to take care of the purchased paintings.

  • You may return original paintings within 14 days for a full refund.

  • Return shipping costs are not covered.

  • If returning damaged items, you must provide clear photographs and a detailed description.

  • Paintings are shipped via DHL or PostNL (Dutch National Postal Service), in a tube.

  • Paintings are sold without frames or materials for hanging.

Payment

Payments can be made securely via:

  • Credit Card

  • Google Pay / Apple Pay

  • Bank services (iDeal)

All transactions are processed securely through Stripe and WooCommerce.

Copyright

All images and paintings on this site are the intellectual property of the artist and are fully protected by copyright.

Legal

This website and webshop operate under EU and Dutch law.

Privacy

  • This website uses cookies for functionality. You may decline cookies on entry without losing access to the site.

  • Client details are never shared with third parties, except when necessary for payment or delivery.

  • You may request the removal of your personal data at any time.
